I don’t know enough about all ingredients but most of it sounds good to me and I see no problem with any. I would try it if I got it free myself! I am a curious one and my body surely can handle worse once in a blue moon. I wouldn’t worry about it. Looking at its ingredients and macros, it’s not among the worst things I can put into my body for sure.
But you don’t say it’s actually good, right? It could be expected. And while it’s easy to make pretty okay things from plants, meat is something else. But I wouldn’t worry for a vegan friend if they eat this sometimes when they wished for some more variety or something. Of course, I know little but the average person eat way worse stuff and I never believed we get sick unless we are extremely choosy all the time. It’s fine to be very strict, my default diet isn’t super relaxed either but it’s not that very easy to harm a somewhat healthy body. There are some exceptions, of course, let’s hope our body is smart and tells me if we eat wrong. I know it doesn’t always happen but it works fine for many of us.
