I don’t know enough about all ingredients but most of it sounds good to me and I see no problem with any. I would try it if I got it free myself! I am a curious one and my body surely can handle worse once in a blue moon. I wouldn’t worry about it. Looking at its ingredients and macros, it’s not among the worst things I can put into my body for sure.

But you don’t say it’s actually good, right? It could be expected. And while it’s easy to make pretty okay things from plants, meat is something else. But I wouldn’t worry for a vegan friend if they eat this sometimes when they wished for some more variety or something. Of course, I know little but the average person eat way worse stuff and I never believed we get sick unless we are extremely choosy all the time. It’s fine to be very strict, my default diet isn’t super relaxed either but it’s not that very easy to harm a somewhat healthy body. There are some exceptions, of course, let’s hope our body is smart and tells me if we eat wrong. I know it doesn’t always happen but it works fine for many of us.

I think it’s best to eat whole food, be you a vegan or low carb keto-er.

And I usually do but it was free so I couldn’t resist trying it it was good and I season did a lot

I have these in my fridge only because they were free when I used a rebate app. I still haven’t tried them.

Woah guys, easy on @Karla_Sykes, she was just trying it.

Honestly its not even that macro friendly as it has even more fat, especially the “evil” saturated fat, 6 grams of it, than say a lean beef patty for those that still think sat fat clogs your arteries on a low carb diet specifically. The other issue is the canola oil even though its expellar pressed, high omega 6. I do support pea protein and appreciate the use of well at-least not impossible burger ingredients.

I think its a lose-lose for anyone the way I look at it, although lets say you have this protein style… a worlds better than having a wheat bun.

Oh I missed that. I heard something bad about it indeed (but I know nothing. I know normal food, most ingredient lists are strange to me. I make my own food from ingredients since ages).
I either don’t have much idea what the others are (a few items) or I am fine with them. I am not extremely choosy if the amount is tiny. My blacklist contains different items, not these and many sounds okay to me.
