It’s @GeorgeMonbiot who I agree with on a lot of environmental topics but he is very pro plant for diet. On Twitter, he’s currently asking for details of research papers concerning diet and exercise. There’s so much of that type of information now that I no longer have a list in my head. But anyone here who’s on Twitter as well might like to post links to relevant papers for him? At the moment the responses seem to me to be advocating plant diets so some balance might be a good idea.
