I like (normal, I mean good people with a proper brain etc.) vegans and vegan kitchen, read about it and considered being a vegan one day, actually.
It passed when I figured out my body prefers a different woe.
Of course many people fine with gluten does keto, why wouldn’t they? It makes absolutely no sense. I even told you I like low-CARB, that’s why I often do keto (more like carnivore-ish as my normal keto was too carby for me). They may even do paleo and paleo bans gluten while keto not at all…
I actually dislike the not junk but lower-quality animal products and avoid them as much as possible (I can’t do it very effectively but I have almost 100% if it’s about meat. well it was easy as I ate almost no meat for decades). They are still better than choosing low-quality grains but I rather compromise and eat eggs (it doesn’t even seem a compromise, eggs are awesome)… At least I eat only high-quality eggs.
It’s great that you can eat and think what you want/can and I can do the same
