  1. 6 eggs but separate yokes eggs and eggs white

  2. Add 1/3 cup of olive oil to yellow egg yoks, 2 cups of almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt.

  3. Use blender to blend egg whites into a white thick puffy mix.

  4. 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar into egg whites and blend with beater.

  5. Slowly Blend egg whites into yellow egg yolks mixture

  6. Use parchment paper in no grease and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and 40 minutes

Have you tried it in a loaf pan??

Yes I use the loaf pan bake it

Is it very dense? Have you tried to use it for sandwich?

I have made grilled cheese sandwiches having turkey sandwich and parmesan cheese bread. No it’s like regular bread
