Thanks! Yes I’ve always used coconut and olive oils and even put them in my coffee and shakes. I tried to introduce these dairy products as a way to start keto not knowing this would happen. So I’ll come off it, I don’t think that would be a big deal since I didn’t really eat it before.
With the lean meats… no I am choosing fatty meats now like ground beef, and prime rib steak… I just meant I chose lean meats before I started keto… We don’t particularly keep bacon in the house as I’m just not that into it lol unless it’s with dates, and all that grease turns me off so much.
I started drinking a homemade lemon ade with lemon juice, salt, water and a touch of stevia yesterday. Maybe I should buy some unflavored pedialyte?
