Thanks! Yes I’ve always used coconut and olive oils and even put them in my coffee and shakes. I tried to introduce these dairy products as a way to start keto not knowing this would happen. So I’ll come off it, I don’t think that would be a big deal since I didn’t really eat it before.

With the lean meats… no I am choosing fatty meats now like ground beef, and prime rib steak… I just meant I chose lean meats before I started keto… We don’t particularly keep bacon in the house as I’m just not that into it lol unless it’s with dates, and all that grease turns me off so much.

I started drinking a homemade lemon ade with lemon juice, salt, water and a touch of stevia yesterday. Maybe I should buy some unflavored pedialyte?

Just some general thoughts from your first post.

3 days is a little early to be keto flu however how much salt are you getting, everything you describe is a low salt problem. This could have been brewing for a little while, and when you dumped the last of the carbs it became worse.

Dump milk, and eat bacon, sooner or later if you stick with it you will love bacon.

Hiya, I just wanted to let you know that if dairy is causing your trouble, butter could also be contributing. It does still have milk solids in it. I am allergic to dairy and I cannot eat butter. It does affect me. Maybe try ghee instead if you do plan on cutting out the dairy.

No matter what food it is if it makes me bloat i don’t eat it. Listen to your body. Font the foods that your body likes
