I think it’s just as easy for me to add butter and mct oil and I don’t have to pay for the water part.

Maybe the whey protein in it helps to blend into your coffee so you don’t need a blender. In which case that’s sort of nifty. I’d try it if it was a decent price.

We are going to Costco tomorrow. First time in years. Wonder if they have it in Canada?

I was told that they are just starting the introduction not sure if it’s just the USA or not.

I’m guessing the 0 carbs are due to the serving size, but I don’t see a difference with that and HWC, so I don’t see an issue. Use as you would HWC.

I’ve tried their premade chilled coffee drink. It made me feel kind of buzzy and killed my appetite to the point that I couldn’t eat lunch, which annoyed me. :laughing:It might have been due to the caffeine, I dunno.
