PH level to low?

Hello. Is it a concern if my PH level is reading to the 6.0 mark? I feel acidic and I won’t post why, it’s a “woman” thing. Lol. I am trying a few different supliments but if women could also chime in on things a little “off” while on keto like never before that would be appreciated. My only change in my life has been keto for 9 months.

Hi i work n lab n do all testn n alson on keto for 3wks…6.0 isnt low go lower then 5.5 then u head into acidic n catchn every flu virus u can…drink 64oz water a day if possible…clean ur body out with meat some vegetables butter sour cream n ranch…i eat alot of blt n mayo without bread everyday…eggs

Yes. Urine was reading 6.0 and I just feel kind of off. It’s kind of a woman issue also but I read ph levels can create issues for women because meat is essentially acidic to our bodies. I had a period of time I wasn’t really focusing on some veg and once I started Spirulina and a bit more veg, my ph started to rise a little and I feel a bit better.

I have a feeling veg was my issue. Not enough.
