Canned salmon is a thing.

You can wash your dogs mouth after raw chicken, but letting him lick a baby’s mouth… have you heard of zoonotic diseases?

Also, who says bone meal or fish oil is a necessity?

I think you are referring to ketopetsanctuary. I believe they are only treating dogs found in other shelters that are very sick with cancer. They seem to be having fantastic success. I believe they give advice to those with dogs who have cancer.
