Hey, I just noticed he’s even diving into the podcasting pool too! I haven’t listened yet, but I’m betting they’re pretty intense and science-heavy (for those who enjoy that kind of thing).

Typical. He’s still in the “Noob” mindset. Not to say he’s said anything incorrect or wrong, just that he’s focused on Ketosis, and is either ignoring or is ignorant of the overall concept of Lipolysis. At least at the time he wrote this.
