Pepsi Max vs Coke Zero

#1

If I drink Coke Zero I have no problems at all but if I drink Pepsi Max then I seem to get an insulin spike from it and my skin feels different.

Has anyone else experienced something similar, with them being okay drinking one but not the other?

I’m avoiding Pepsi Max now as it’s just not worth it, especially when I can drink Coke Zero and be fine, but I’m trying to identify what is in Pepsi Max and is triggering this response that isn’t in Coke Zero.

Different diet drinks have different sweetners. Pepsi Max may have one that CZ doesn’t have and it doesn’t agree with you.

I think Pepsi max is sweetened with aspertame and coke zero is sucralose. Pepsi one is sucralose too if you’re looking for variety.

Pepsi max seems like a great thing because of the extra caffeine but it actually contains panax ginseng which, from what I’ve read can cause hormonal problems. Probably better off without it anyway.
