However I have questions
The recipe says bake 10-15 minutes at 180°. Is that C or F?
Brenda Zorn got rave reviews when she made it. But mentioned it was too sweet.

I am going to assume 180 is C. That equates to about 350 F (at least according to Google).
That would have to be celcius. 180 farenheit is like… not even hot enough to burn you if you touch the oven rack. (I proof yeast doughs at 175 farenheit if its cold in the house, and it doesn’t kill the yeast)
