Paul is fine!

(Robin) #1

Hi guys, I know some of you have missed @PaulL and asked if everything is ok. He should feel guilty for worrying us AND flattered that we care! I finally called him… He’s fine, just very busy.
He’ll be back soon!
:grinning:

Robin
Great to know…well done for reaching out to him to check.

Although we may not know people personally on this forum, after a long while of conversing about common interests you kinda develop friendships with some people on here. It’s a different type of friendship from someone you meet on a regular basis, but a friendship all the same. I’ve missed Paul, and I was worried something not good might have happened. Very very pleased all is well.
Cheers
Alec

I was concerned about Paul but he has been intermittent, I think we can all get a bit burnt out sometimes. Now I’m just worried about Karen18. One day dancing, CrossFit and pix of rollmops, now 5 weeks of silence … :worried:

(Robin) #4

Ah, shoot! I meant to message KAREN and see if she’s ok. Have you reached out?

(Rossi Luo) #5

It’s good to know Paul is fine!

Thanks for the update Robin.
I love seeing Paul here, his posts are always brilliant. He puts so much into them, his responses are detailed and messured. And so patient, even with me

Also @velvet disappeared too.

"Going away’ is more the norm than staying. :slightly_frowning_face:

Good to know that Paul is okay.

Glad to hear Paul is ok. I also go weeks without visiting and then post a lot in a few days so I always assume people are busy

The one I always wonder what happened to was @yayhowfun I think or a similar name. She was in her late 30s and wanted to do keto to lose weight, a few pounds, but it did not seem to work for her. I think she may have changed her name but I think she also stopped posting a few years ago

(Megan) #11

Thanks! @robintemplin I, too, have been wondering if he’s ok.

(Laurie) #12

I’m glad to hear Paul is doing well. Reading his posts, he impresses me as a good soul.

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #13

And I DO! I greatly appreciate the concern, and feel bad not to have been around more. I’ve been dealing with rebuilding my church after the previous rector left us in disarray, and also doing my best to support my party in the U.S. election.

But . . .

“Honey, I’m back!” :scream:
