You are right; there is no one-off option for a Patreon contribution, sorry.
Theoretically, advertising is permitted, but I’m not sure @Carl and @richard have worked out a rate card. Perhaps Richard will have a bit more time available once he completes his degrees.
That might be a while, because they are not planning on having Keto Fest this year, due to Richard’s schedule at school.
