Out of Ketosis...help!

Had been doing Keto with good results for about two months… then New Years happened and I over indulged on champagne, prime rib, crab and a chocolate mousse. Thought it would be a day or two glitch, but I’m still only at .3 on my blood ketones (with keto mojo).

Any ideas or advice?

Just keep doing the right things and you’ll be fine, whenever it happens.

Yeah just keep on as normal and don’t pay much mind to ketone readers. If you’re back on Keto foods, not eating carbs, after a few days you’re either in ketosis or you’re dead.
