Out of ketosis but not sure why?
I was tracking all my fats but I stoped. I’m still trying to eat high fat meals. The highest I’ve ever been is 1.8 but now I’m at 0.2 or 0.4 after 3 days of eating one large meal per day. Not sure why my ketones are so low!
And I may have light snack at night like some macadamia nuts (nuts!!) if I eat my one meal early.
How do I get myself back into ketosis?
I listened to Megan Ramos on 2 keto dudes “switching it up”.
I have been trying to feast and fast and that is FINALLY helping me to start loosing. But now I’m out of ketosis.
Any suggestions?

I have been in ketosis for a couple months. I test with Jimmy more keto mojo blood tester and I feel good
Then chances are your body has just adapted and is producing just as many ketones as it needs, rather than over-producing.
I have probably tested myself maybe 25 or 30 times
the only time it’s been below 0.5 is when there was a reason like Thanksgiving
I ate Thanksgiving dinner and it dipped down to 0.4 and then came back up again after one or two days
It’s very intriguing to me I can’t figure out what is going on
I have lost a few pounds with the intermittent fasting finally!
I didn’t budge at all just doing keto for nearly 3 months but now I’m finally starting to lose Yahoo so happy about that it’s slow but at least I’m losing!
I was actually one of those unfortunate that as soon as I started the diet I gained weight…5 lbs.
Now I’m 1-2 pound lower than when I started the diet
Also I don’t feel as puffy as I did for a long time.
I’m sure most of the weight is water but still it feels good
Sometimes the body just needs to heal itself before it can start burning fat stores. I really wouldn’t worry, sounds like you’re doing fine.
