Organic cane alcohol

The last ingredient in my liquid stevia is “11% ORGANIC CANE ALCOHOL”. Will this spike insulin or blood sugar? Anyone know?

It’s basic alcohol, fermented from cane sugar. Alcohol because it dissolves the stevia well. The sugar cane is organic, so no pesticide residues. And pure alcohol, regardless of what it came from, does not spike bg or insulin. The stevia itself might spike insulin…seems to be a very individual reaction.
