One year anniversary

Not exactly the keto one (that will take place July 1st) but good enough to celebrate anyways.

March 4th 2018 I got back on the weight loss horse after gaining back most everything I had previously lost. I had got down from 387 to 295 and then ended back up at 356.

As of today, 1 year later I am down from 356 pounds (6 feet tall) to a mindblowing 211. Yes, One year and 145 pounds lost. First through LCHP and then transitioning into 20:4 IF and eventually keto.

I have done one 3 day fast this past month and look to do them monthly, working to 5 and 7 day fasts.

Never did I ever think I could have these kind of results or ever not have food rule my every thought.

Yay me!

Great results!

That’s astounding! I wonder how many old friends and family you haven’t seen for over a year won’t even recognize you?

Congrats Todd!

Thanks all. It is still pretty mindblowing to me even as I watch the scale drop weekly. As I said in another topic, my doctor cleaned up my chart which including removing things like Class 3 Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome, Hypertension, Insulin Resistance and Pre-Diabetes. Those are the things that matter more but the outwardly visible weight loss is just strange too. As is the idea of going more than a few hours without “starving” and getting cranky if I had to miss a break at work and had to wait 2 extra hours to eat again.

@CarlKeller - Yeah, even those who have seen somewhat recent pics would still be shocked. Although, as I live 2300 miles from family and my old friends, it would be even more of a shock.
