Congratulations. I love hearing positive things. I use My Fitness Pal too. How do you keep carbs so low? I already feel like im not eating enough veg and cannot get anywhere near below 20% carbs.
Don’t worry about eating too little veg. Meat has much more bioavailable essential vitamins anyway. Reduce carbs by eating more fat, or more meat in general. @Sarah_Herlihy

Leafy greens, spinach etc. avocado, broccoli, cauliflower… I get some with each meal. But they’re a side. Healthy fats are the main course of every meal.
I am one month in too. Though I am not weighing myself until the end of September. My weight fluctuates so much that the scale can be demotivating.
the most veg i eat is lettuces for tacos other than that bacon and eggs every day and stake and ground beef and cheese oh and sugar free jello is my secret i love them
