One month into keto

Congratulations on your progress and non-scale victories! I am a newbie myself but have experienced most of the same benefit as you - amazing to me.

I’ve found when I go out, it hasn’t been difficult to stay on keto. Juicy cheeseburgers, plain steaks/pork, eggs & bacon, cobb salads with lots of blue cheese dressing, etc. I just have them hold any potatoes or bread and instead get a vegetable and put extra butter on it, cottage cheese instead of potatoes and toast with breakfast, substitute side salad with dinner instead of carbs, etc. For drinks, one of my haunts serves blunts of brut champagne - OMG; fizzy and delicious. Sip hard liquor or mix with water, etc. Gotta still enjoy life, but you can still stick pretty closely with keto while “indulging” in things that aren’t so bad. Have fun!

Not crazy about plain avacados but love quac! Haven’t tried pork rinds yet, but this sounds like something that would be great to have as a keto option when entertaining.

My pork rinds never last long enough to share with anyone else. I ate so many cracklings when I first started that my teeth got sore.
