I am on my 19th day and giving up carbs wasn’t bad at all. Bringing protein down was harder than the carbs.
I am loving cooking food because I don’t eat as much so I cook session lasts all week easily. My family can eat with me.
Eating out is easy. I am also learning to buy less and prep less because I eat less. I will never give up my HWC!
Not overindulging or binging after my usual 7 day into a diet is amazing!
WOL not DIET is really possible for me on this. IN 19 days I have lost 10lbs and feel amazing.
More energy, more mental clarity, and more time to do stuff since I am no longer worried about what I am going to eat or where I will get my next meal.
So happy I found this WOE!!!

Good stuff! I love hearing about people feeling good again.
I went keto 3.5 years ago. I was feeling so great, amazing energy. Shortly after starting keto I was texting one night with a buddy at work, he asked how the diet was going. It was 11pm and I told him I felt like I could go outside right now and paint my house, I had so much energy. I was 51 at the time and I still feel great.

I started Jan 3, 2017 and produced ketones 1/5/17.
- I got keto flu 1/517 and it lasted about a day and a half.
- I got keto rash 1/6/17 and it lasted about three weeks. It began in the small area below my collar bone and above my bust. The next morning it covered by forearms and the back on both shoulder blades. After the initial outbreak, it would appear worse overnight and smooth out completely during the day. It covered both arms and both butt cheeks, the middle of my back, the area right under my underarms and both arms. However it would appear sporadically and disappear partially or completely and return without rhyme or reason. Someone on the fb forum posted to use Trader Joe’s tea tree bath gel and it bagan to dry up. It would last another week but lessen every day until now my skin has returned to normal with for me is beautifully smooth!
- The first week I lost 4.5 lbs. The third week another 5.7 lbs. . Then the bottom fell out. I gained and lost two lbs at least twice. Tuesday 2/14 which was the 6 week mark, I woke up ready to throw in the keto towel. I was tired of the yo-yo so I defiantly went to the gym for my weekly weight. I prayed, confessed and resolved that it would be what GOD wanted it to be.
Down 4.5 lbs!!! Huh? Today I went back and weighed in and was down -1.25 lbs!!! I was sure I would have gained since yesterday because I exceeded my protein macros by 30g!!! I don’t understand how this WOR works for me. Losing zero lbs some weeks and +4lbs some weeks. smh I have decided to KCKO.

Been there. I’ve actually had stuff go bad because I just wasn’t hungry.
Guilty. But when it’s literally your only source of real-time positive reinforcement in a sea of Portland, Oregon, vegans and vegetarians, it becomes quite addictive.
Explaining to people that I just don’t want sugary desserts or carbs again
I miss cake!!! No cravings but I really loved it!! (Sigh)
