I had my annual work health check today. BP 112/74 Resting Heart rate 67, Total Cholesterol 5.16mmol/L, BG 4.6mmol/L Weight 72.1kgs (down from 79kgs a few months back) Nurse said oh you’re doing well, what are you doing… Keto, I say. Oh great she says - then goes on to tell me about the government food guidelines, “You should be eating more grains and please cut the fat off your meat” she says.
