On KETO at Brussels (Belgium)? I've completed a month and lost 4 kg..what next?

Dears,
It’s a month now and I am enjoying being in KETO. Do you have further guidance for my next month?
I want to be consistent and focus on my belly fat reduction. Specially losing the ‘love handle’ . Please share your journey and experience. I am doing vegetarian Keto diet with an exception of Eggs.

Keep doing what you are doing and especially pay attention to your hunger or lack of it. If you can say yes to all of these:

Do I have consistent all day energy?
Can I go long periods of time without being overly hungry?
Are my cravings gone?
Do I sleep well?

You may have reached a point of fat adaptation which means reducing the amount of fat you eat will increase the amount of body fat you are burning. For some people this state can take a month or two but for some it may take even longer. Until then you don’t need to change anything if you are successful so far.

Some things you can consider but aren’t necessary for keto, are adding some type of exercise to your life, whether it’s going to a gym or just walking… or you can consider IF or even EF if you are looking to try to accelerate you weight loss journey. Again, this is not necessary either, but it remains an option.
