I do cheap and easy meal preps based on the proteins that are on sale. For example, I recently did over six pounds of chicken thighs and nearly three pounds of low carb veggies for under $10. Doesn’t take a lot of my time in the kitchen, since I’m not there while it cooks. And the meat is so tender and moist when done.
