Just found this forum the other day. Searching topics answered many questions I’ve had for the last 1yr 9mo, and they all make perfect sense! Way too much conflicting junk on the web that only confused me! Keep up the great work all! AND, everybody is soooooo civil compared to so many other forums I’ve visited over the years. Nobody here seems to need to prove anything, just willing to share and help others out. Kudos to all.

It has a sour moment here and there but in general it’s full of wonderful people who love to share experience and help others on their journey to a better life. Keto has changed me mentally and physically and that motivates me to pay it forward.
If everyone takes a minute to help out a fellow human in distress, the world is a much better place for all of us. It’s much easier to know my minute isn’t wasted because the people who come here are trying to help themselves.
I think the searchable history is a great strength of this forum which when used is of benefit to both the searcher and the entire community. I’m glad you’ve made a great start and look forward to hearing what you have to say with your growing sense of past discussions.
