I am so happy w/ my new eating and new minimalism.
Money saved, FOOD INTENTIONAL, time saved …
YOU?
So to be specific…
I spend less on food.
I am intentionally minimalizing my EVERYDAY tasks etc…inc. mental activity.
Finish one thing at a time.
I am not using credit cards…only cash, and doing a budget…
And the big thing is, NOT FREAK WHEN I MESS UP!

Me too.

I’m putting money aside every month, even though I’m poor. Now I just eat meat, eggs, canned salmon, etc. I probably spend $7/day = $200/month on food, and I don’t even have access to cheap stores. I used to spend about 3 times that much on food, because I bought junk food, snacks, desserts, sauces, baking ingredients, and other extras.

I spend less time thinking about food, cooking, cleanup, when to eat, where to eat, etc. The whole process is much simpler now.

I’ve been working on simplifying for many years.

When I moved I got rid of most of my belongings, including a lot of kitchen stuff.

Like you, I’m learning to leave perfectionism behind!

I spend less at the store,
only have to go once a week now,
I get to skip most of the isles which is great
but one cool thing I’ve noticed is that I’m creating far less trash now too!

Haha you just pointed out a NSV for me. I only shop about half the store aisles now… and even a few of those has 1 item on it.

I wish I could say I spend less. I think I spend as much as before, just on different stuff. Carbage is cheap. Good protein is expensive. I was also able to grow a lot of garden carbage that cost me very little. I can still grow some stuff but not as much that’s keto friendly.
