So we took 4 big, fat slices of yeast risen keto bread (this stuff works so well, in so many things…sandwiches, grilled cheese… Toast, whatever )
And we buttered it well, sprinkled with Splenda and cinnamon, and broiled it for maybe 6 minutes, then topped it with sweetened cream cheese, with a shot of vanilla extract.
Every bit as tasty as a Cinnabon… But very low carb
Geez this Keto thing is tough !
