Hi keto friends! Just joined here. I’m a little over 15 weeks into healthy keto and I am fat adapted. Last week I started OMAD and have been burning fat fast dropping almost a lb a day! I have plenty to burn. Interestingly GKI is 1 or less mostly since starting OMAD even down to 0.4 yesterday! This is good therapeutically of courser but has anyone else felt a weird kind of disembodied feeling in the body and head when GKI goes this low? I’ve gone thru so many adjustment periods of discomfort just getting to this point on keto I kind of wonder if it’s never ending! I’m hoping it’s just an adjustment to OMAD which really suits me eating one meal in the mid afternoon. Any insights will help. IMG_1859|312x500

It settles down. I felt great after a month and had really strong results after 3 months. You start noticing unexpected positive stuff and it just gets better and better. Go with what feels right.
A life of eating crap takes a while to fix. Enjoy
