Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, High in calories

I am trying to eat green veggies - kale salad with brussels sprouts, broccoli, etc. and I make a dressing with red wine vinegar mixed with olive oil or grapeseed oil but it is high in calories. I use 2 tablespoons. It is better than a store bought dressing, right? I know some keto-ers do not watch calories, but I am at a small stall…what does everyone else use? Ideas, suggestions?

Homemade is always better than store bought, IMO!! With store bought you have to be careful of sugar content. Much easier to control what you are eating when you make it yourself!! Honestly, with such a small amount I wouldn’t worry in the slightest about calorie content!!
