Okay to not eat

Hi all,

I haven’t been eating enough due to not being super hungry and not feeling super great. Is this okay at the beginning (day 3) or should I force myself to eat more? thanks :slight_smile:

If you’re not hungry, don’t eat. Go by your appetite. This is assuming you need to lose weight.

When you’re hungry eat
Mostly fat
With some protein
Stop when you are full.

Thanks :slight_smile: I just worry about oh no not enough protein! Oh no not enough veggies! I’m sure this will increase when I feel a bit better :slight_smile:
