Officially broke my nearly 2 year plateau

#1

After 2 years of bouncing within the same range of weight (319 at my heaviest to 193) I finally am back in the 280 range. This morning I woke up and weighed 289.2. The last time I got to this weight was June/July of 2017.

I’m not new to keto, but I would never stick with it long enough or I’d have days where I went way over my net carb goal of 20.

March 1st I was about 300lbs, so in 1 month I lost 10.8 which is not bad because I honestly had moments where my weight fluctuated and it lowered my morale, but I trusted the process. I also reminded myself that I’m doing this for health, and weight loss will follow.

This month I’m going to try to have an 100% flawless keto month with net carbs no more than 20g paired with my gym routine  |

Hopefully I can replicate or even succeed March’s success since I’m already past the starting point where my body was re-adjusting.

Good job Apex. Just keep making the right food choices and changing things up so you body doesn’t keep adapting.

Great update. If the average is 1-2 lbs a week, you’re a bit more than that with about 2.5 lbs. I imagine if you tighten things up you’ll see continued success. Best wishes this month!
