I am seasonal full time at a tax firm and next week will be crazy with 12 HR days all week.
Office people order food every day. And the snack are crazy. I have been doing good but will have little time for meal prep. I need meal ideas. I have a microwave a toster over and a gorge forman grill at work to cook with. I will probably will eat 2 meals a day, and will have little time to cook at home. Any ideas will be helpful!

All the girls I work with came over to see what I was eating the one day because it smelled so good and I had a plate of bacon a little cheese and an avocado. They just laught at me.

Annette, they won’t be laughing when you achieve your weight loss goals, which you surely will!

I also had an interesting group of people around me when I was eating my pack of butter. It sure was a talking point. Critically, one of the crowd is now full blown keto and doing REALLY well on it. They started after I explained what the hell I was doing.

@NetNet

Oven baked bacon in a snaplock bag is good.

Keep some cheese and olives in the fridge, and low carb chopped veggies (celery, cucumber, capsicum/peppers/radish) and some deli meats for a fast meal.

Grill a piece of salmon or other protein in the George Foreman grill.

Make a big batch of something keto on weekends or when you have spare time and freeze portions to reheat at work.

Spend some time in the food and recipes section of this forum- you’ll soon get plenty of ideas.

When I have a busy week and little time for meal prep, I generally just take an avocado for lunch every day. Or a packet of salmon/tuna with some MCT oil and crudites. Salami or pepperoni with cheese and crudites would be quick and easy too.

avocado, cheese, nuts. Easy to pack, and you won’t even need that toaster oven  I like chili powder and salt on my avocado - yummy!!

I pack all my breakfasts and lunches for the week at work and do all my meal prep on Sundays. A very easy way to go is to make a crustless quiche (5 servings in a 9" pie plate) and a favourite recipe of mine called White Castle Hamburger Pie…also 5 servings. Both rewarm nicely in a microwave. These each actually only take 10 mins to prep.

Also, thank you for taking care of people during this stressful time of the year

Linda Sue has been around in low carb circles for many years and has some amazing recipes. I’ve been making this one for 14 or 15 years!

Thanks so much!! I think I’m going to make a few quiche’s and the hambuger pie. I need food for my hubby also and that would be great for him.

Salmon in the George Forman grill is a great idea!

I have olives just need to take them to work.

Thanks so much I know I can do this now!

Make up some egg salad. If you like spice, add some curry to it.

Pimento cheese with homemade mayo.

Celery sticks or pork rinds and whipped cream cheese w/ chives.

Baggie bacon. Yum.
