@Ruina Just drain the cabbage juice and bacon fat mixture in a separate container and refrigerate it. Use it to cook more vegetables. Or just pop the cold fat cap off the chilled mixture when it separates in the refrigerator, use it to cook with and toss or use the liquid part separately.
