I’m in. It’s kind of aligned with everything else I have going on, and I’m looking to kick start the new year, and move everything to the next level, rather than regress to where I was a year ago.
Move movement? Yes! I can use that.
Mindful moments, feeling refreshed and relaxed each day? Yes, I can use that.
Forge stronger bonds with friends, family, and wife? Yes, that I can use.
(re)Forming healthful habits to nourish my body? Yep.
While I don’t know that the eating advice will be remotely keto adjacent, my plan is to bend the eating portion to our way of life, and do the other things to the best of my ability.
