Over in the UK we have a popular quiz called pointless.
On today’s episode was a nutritionist, asked by the presenter why he was one He started out well by saying he was looking for a more whole body approach to people’s issues, yep, that sounds good.
Then asked what his plan was and called 80-20, I started to think LCHF, alas no.
the plan was 80% - a balanced diet and 20% eat what you like, my god, this guy was trained and basically suggests a standard diet.
Now we are seeing more people train in nutrition which is more ‘natural’ etc but the lack of knowledge is shocking …
