Nutritional Ketosis - role in delaying or stopping cognitive decline

This podcast is good because the host asks the basic questions to get the expert guest to speak in a clear way.

Husbands need to learn a lot about menopause and peri-menopause. With this interview it can be done while bouncing a tennis ball off the wall.

Excellent find. I’m not sure you can convince the masses. I know too many medical professionals that can’t get past kidney failures from bodybuilders overdoing it. If that was even the case, that’s just what they tell me.

Pagan traditions, phrases don’t die easy. I’ll be showing this to my aging loved ones, that are medical professionals. I doubt I’ll have any luck.

Two hours?

That’s what listening in your car is for.

Good point. Is this also a podcast then?

Also, I’m at the part about the Zone 5 training. That’s also supposed to help with removal of the fat around your organs. My issue is that it’s hard to find a way to do this that doesn’t hurt the body.

And what, exactly, do wives need to do, Cher?

Do you have access to an elliptical machine, stationary bike, rowing machine? One doesn’t have to sprint to do Zone 5 intervals. If you can jump rope, that could also be used for HIIT.

I stopped listening once I realized I was too old (according to her) to get a benefit from zone 5 training.

I may get out my jump rope to see if I could use that at the end of my body weight training. We’ll see. In theory, it’s only a short time “on”; stop; short time “on”; stop, etc.
