Cant figure out how to add items into a calculator to get nutrition numbers (net carbs) for a recipe, tried apps carb mgr, and fitnesd pal but cant find recipe input area ?

It has a recipe feature where you type in the recipe ingredients and amounts. After all the data is entered, it will display a customized nutrition label just like you would find on a grocery item at your local store. You can save the recipe and simply enter the name you save it under when you want to add it on your daily food log.

Thank you, the other 2 are difficult to use.

The best advice I got starting out was to use cronometer. It appears to be the best of the bunch by far. Still there’s a learning curve because there are a lot of features. The free version of the app is useful. I pay the $35 annual subscription to create recipies.
