I’m bursting, Jerry, I’m bursting! Got lab results back from tests last week. Its now been 14 months on keto (started Mar, 2017) and I’m 60 lbs down. I use this portal headsuphealth.com to store and analyze my blood markers, and decided to share some trends. I have input data in the portal from 2012 onwards and it will be very obvious to you guys when I started keto when you look at the trend graphs

BTW, that dip in 2011 is for when I lost 60+ lbs by eating 800-1000 calories a day and promptly gained it all back and more. Big mistake! But I’m confident that I’m on the right track now.
