Today was a really great day. I work in a small Diner as a waiter (ironic right?) And today one of my favorite regulars came in. Every time this guy comes in my Google search history for the next 3 or 4 days is really interesting LOL. He started in on our great leader and I kind of changed the subject and started talking about diet, I like to do that, good deflection tactic, and then he started asking questions. We conversated the entire meal and then when he got up he had me write down the name of three books that he could buy and read to learn more about what I’m doing because he’s on the edge of type 2 diabetes, and seeing that I’m treating the symptoms of my type 1 diabetes with diet he’s very interested to find out what I’m doing. This is the first person locally that’s been truly interested and asked for more information. Very exciting. I gave him Keto Clarity, The Diabetes Solution and The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living, all titles which helped me immensely. I can’t wait until next week when Gonzo comes in for his coffee. I wonder what he’ll order for breakfast.

Good show! And when he starts asking for keto meals, you won’t need him to explain why he wants you to hold the starches and provide extra butter!

Lol. She’s a sweet lady, even if she’s misguided. This diner is her home. Lol I’m pretty sure she just sleeps on the couch in the back sometimes instead of driving home haha

Brilliant job RJ! It feels good doesn’t it, to share your new secret! I met a lovely lady on Wednesday recovering from breast cancer who is going to check out the various sites I’ve given her, including this one of course. 
I live in Lamar Co, I call it cowtown lol. I don’t think it will be too hard to convince these old rednecks to eat more steak haha. Plus I figure the boss lady won’t mind if steak bacon and eggs sales go up😁
