I have another clothes NSV. We’ve bought a new house and will be moving soon. I’ve been going through my closets to clear out all the things that don’t fit anymore. I’m so surprised to see just how few clothes I have that really fit! I hold them up thinking “there’s no way that will fit”, they look so small! But after an afternoon of trying everything on, they fit like they should! I absolutely hate to shop but there’s no way around it now! Isn’t it amazing how good you look when your clothes actually fit?!?_
Also, Like Jane, I’ve noticed how much better my skin and hair is now. I’ve only been doing LK for about 6 months but all the benefits of this WOE is still such a surprise to me.
