I started Keto mid Oct.
4 slips is waaayyyyyy to many!, Some sugar & chip nites…Some rum nites, You get it!!!
Half way, is just plain messy! ( mind u, i had glimpses of the wonderful clarity etc. keto brings!)
so …NOVEMBER FRESH START ME…(this is just me)
Stick w/ my macros, 1 hour walk a day, no alchol, do
my daily supplements, no IF untill i’m 1 or 2 weeks clearly in, no daily weigh in, it makes me crazy, 7 to 8 hours sleep a nite, & lastly…Listen to 2 dudes podcast for daily inspiration, and tap into this forum daily for extra info from you seasoned Keto folks! love to see fresh start attitude pics of u all!
