Not sure what to eat

Hi, all. I’m hungry and not sure what I need to eat. I’m close to my protein macro, but not to my fat macro. What is something I can eat that will get me a good dose of fat and fill me up? Thanks for you help!

Gotta be butter, no protein there.
Ive just had a coffee frappicino. I did use two tblsp double cream, de caff coffee, ice and hand blender. You could add butter for even more fat. Fills me up a bit.

Avocado… best fat to protein ratio I have found… or butter of course…

Macadamias have the same fat content /g as butter!! and there are great flavored ones (in the US). Not sure where you are.

Cheese is pretty good but has more protein than you might want.

I do 1 tbs each of cream cheese, butter and heavy cream with vanilla and sucralose when I need a fat bomb with low protein

If I feel savory I’ll have a cup of green with caesar dressing

1:1 ratio of homemade concentrated bone broth with water, spices and cruciferous veg make a great quick soup (My go to are broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms and spinach)

or cruciferous veg in heavy cream, cream cheese and parmesan cheese sauce

You don’t have to reach the fat macro if you’re not hungry

When my fat is too low, I make a bullet proof tea with coconut oil and a few tablespoons of coconut cream to make it creamy. I am dairy free but the coconut cream works great in place of heavy cream. I also include a few drops of stevia and a touch of vanilla. Yum!
