I had been doing keto for a few years with great success. I felt healthier and lost 50 lbs. Then the pandemic hit and I also moved which resulted in gaining back about 25 lbs over about 1.5 years. I started keto again on January 1st and am not doing anything different than I was last time. I feel better but haven’t lost any of the weight that I put back on. I’d like to drop some of the weight again too and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.
Not Losing Weight on Keto This Time

Progress is often slower, the second time around. Just keep calm, and keto on. Don’t stint calories, but eat to satisfy hunger. Your appetite may take a while to re-regulate itself again, but trust that your body knows what it needs.
I’m sure you’ll get plenty of additional advice, as other members chime in.

Hard to improve upon this advice.
@TechHiker, you’ve done this before so you know what works and how your body responds. You’re probably in a position to give out expert advice on how best to proceed.

It may be non-nutritional factors that have changed.
Maybe go and get your other biomarkers, besides the old unreliable body scale weight, checked with some blood tests and urine tests.
