Not hungry the days after a 24 hours fast

Hi it’s me, again :)!

I hope you guys understand my English (I’m from Denmark)…

I haven’t really been hungry since I did a 24 hours fast 2 days ago…
I just feel totally disconnected from food, but I still try to eat…
I have been very insulin resistant and the funny thing is that my blood sugar is more stable than ever?!?

But it makes me worried that I don’t care about food…? And if I don’t eat I get VERY sluggish and tired…
Since I started keto I have been eating intuitively so maybe I should try to hit a certain amount of calories now?
What are your experiences?

I only have 12 lbs to lose so maybe my tiredness could be a symptom of undereating?

I would think so. Are you hungry at all? What are your food staples? One side effect of keto is you stop craving sugar, which is what most of us think is our actual hunger signal. You could be adapting to this, therefore no longer mistaking this feeling for hunger, and maybe you haven’t yet figured out what actual hunger feels like.

How long have you been eating keto?

Yep I know what real hunger is :)!

I haven’t been hungry since I did the fast…
Normally I get the feeling of real hunger 1-2 times a day?

I have been keto for 2 months and 2 weeks now…

Don’t eat if you’re not hungry. You know what real hunger feels like so trust your body to tell you when it needs food.

well I can tell you that I this evening ate even though I didn’t feel hungry, and I felt a lot better… :slight_smile:
