Not hungry after Workouts

Hi all! I started a ketogenic diet going on a little over a month ago. I don’t IF, but I only have Bulletproof Coffee with MCT’s, collagen peptides, and a bit of protein powder at about 9am. I get home from the gym around 1 and have absolutely no appetite until around 4pm even after super heavy/intense leg days. I still make a point to hit all my macros daily. Am I losing lean muscle mass by going so long without eating?

Doubt it. The magic 30min anabolic window bro science has promoted was recently debunked by a study showing that anabolic window being much larger. I go about 3hrs after my workouts now and I cant say I experience anything negative. If anything, I believe there are positives to be had by waiting

I don’t have the literature in front of me but I have read that working out “fasted” is in fact good for you.

Eat only when hungry. Your body will tell you when it needs fuel.
