Tim Noakes was found not guilty in April 2017, I think that petition is dated.

Ok ya, I thought so too. That makes sense then that it won’t open for at all, but curious that it does for others.

Signed yesterday. They are challenging their own not guilty finding in the new case according to the nutrition world. It sounds like what we call “double jeopardy,” in the US, which is not allowed. You cannot be tried for the same crime twice. Guess the SA authorities enjoy loosing.
