I have been on keto for a while now and started it as I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and this diet manages the symptoms better than any thing else I tried. Recently I decided I wanted to lose some weight and took my carbs down to around 3/5% a day and my fat to around 80/85% I just keep staying at 79kg’s ? Please note I don’t eat any processed food and even make my own condements. I can’t eat broccoli/cauliflower cabbage as the affects my Hashimotos. But eat other veggies as allowed mostly rocket with oil and vinegar as this is easy to eat. It add to the drama I have a gastric band and have had this for 5 years it’s at full capacity and I do not feel physical hunger, I can drink a coffe and feel full. I try to eat 1200 kals a but I don’t alway make that a day. I fast from 19:00 to 12:30 as advised by the experts who I pay privately due to my band and having Hashimotos I got expert advice but it’s not working. They have said it’s because before I got my other 10% of carbs and my Kal intake from from drinking red wine! Now I have cut that out which easily pushed my carb intake down. My bloods show I am in keto I had it checked on Friday but still no weight loss??? What can it be that I am doing wrong? Anyone have any advice please
