No loss, no gain

This is the first week since starting Keto that I haven’t lost weight. However I haven’t gained any either so why does it bother so much?

Perfectly normal… how long have you been doing it and how much have you lost so far?
I have been plateaued for the past 18 months… KCKO though…

I’ve been doing it for almost 2 mos. I’ve often heard that IF is a great way to break a plateau!

Not losing for one week isn’t really a plateau. Your body is healing on the inside, too. Weight loss is just a fringe benefit.

But to address your comment - fasting of any kind can help break a stall or plateau. Easier if you are fat adapted.

I have been at this a while. Over the last 7 months I have seen weeks where I lost 10 pounds, gained 2-3, and stayed the same for up to 6 weeks.

I have gone months on one meal and a small snack.

Recently I slowed my exercise and increased my food intake to break a plateau. I know this is atypical but sometimes a little change is needed. Given you don’t hit the carbs at all or protein too hard.
