No ketones after crazy cheating, but still don't feel hungry

i have been doing keto deit and intermittent fasting for 5 weeks, and i start OMAD fasting at my third week. i feel a little hungry during 4 to 8 pm for first 3 days and then i don’t feel hungry at all.

at the end of fifth week I did crazy cheating for 3 days, then i back to keto deit and intermittent fasting. now is 1 week after i back to keto deit, there is no ketones in my urine, but i still don’t feel much hungry that i eat same thing as i was in ketosis, and i still lose 150 to 200g a day.

i’m confusing about my situation, am i still in ketosis?

Probably, urine testing is ineffective at a certain point because you’re using your ketones better instead of passing them in the urine. Put the testing aside and have peace of mind that things are as they should be, you are losing weight still. :cowboy_hat_face:
