My blood sugar I always test it with myself usually it’s 70 75 only morning I have it higher like 100 so I dnt knw if I’m ok but after Stephanie s YouTube I feel bad she let me feel everything I’m doing it wrong … I’ll delete her videos maybe it’s better I really want to be fat adapted not only for weight loss but for health benefits !

I wanna understand something abt keto adapted ! If u keto adapted it means ur blood glucose should be in 80 not more a s if it is more like 100 it means I’m not fat adapted ? Even if u have like 2 3 ketones level ? I really want to understand this bcz recently when I’m checking my blood glucose it’s always between 70 after fasting like 16 hrs then 100 when I eat and morning between 100 105 I knw abt the cortisol thing and the phenomena but I wanna understand thisssss to be fat adapted and start my body use the fat as energy should have always blood sugar like 70 80 max ?!?!?
