No diabetic and blood glucose

Plzzzzz neeed an answer how much should be my blood glucose ? To be keto adapted if I’m not diabetic and after eating it’s ok if it’s 100? Or it means I’m sensitive to the food I ate or it’s normal ? And I’m usually morning 100 then after 2 hrs drop to 75 the whole day with no food then when I eat it back to 100 and when I have to test it ? It’s wrong to test it after 39 min of food ? I’m really disappointed abt my glucose level however my ketones are good I watched Stephanie utube she said if u test ur blood even in the morning and it was 100 ur not keto adapted however after 2 hrs it drops ( I knw the cortisol thing) but conclusion I’m not fat adapted ?

70-100 is normal…you are fine.

If you are seeing a move from 75 to 100 when you eat that is “normal” if you are eating carbs…if you stay low carb/no carb you may not see any movement. Mine will go down after eating at times. I assume that means I had an insulin response. But I also start high in the AM and go down all day.

Stephanie is not worth your time…she is all talk and no science. BG of 100 is not some magic line in the sand.

… She said there is no way to see if your ketone levels…I turned her off shortly after that. Shes a bit much.

U mean it’s fine as I can be fat adapted even after eating my number is 100? Or I have not even to eat my 20g of carb to stay 70 so I’ll consider myself fat adapted ?

There is no direct relation between BG and being fat adapted. Keep the carbs under 20 and you will end up being fat adapted.

Your numbers are not diabetic but you seem to follow the pattern of Dawn Syndrome. Your body releases glucose while you are sleeping to get you ready to wake up and get moving and that would explain why you see the higher numbers in the AM.

Focus more on what you are doing and less on the numbers. Meters have a wide range of allowable error.

What are you eating when you see the move from 75 to 100? Do you see this every time you eat?
